Return Policy:

Only unworn, unwashed items in their original condition will be accepted for exchange or return/refund. If an item does not meet that criteria, it is not eligible for a refund and will not be returned to sender. Returns within the contiguous US are free. Fees may apply for all other returns.Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Returns

  1. Once your return request has been approved, you will receive a shipping label and email confirmation to the email address entered at time of purchase.
  2. Refunds will not be processed until the product is received & inspected. Please allow up to 1 week for processing.
  3. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
  4. If returned after 30 days, a merchandise credit will be issued at the original selling price, regardless of method selected when requesting the return/exchange.

Exchanges

  1. Once your exchange request has been approved, you will receive a shipping label and email confirmation to the email address entered at time of purchase.
  2. Exchanges will not be processed until the original product is received & inspected. Please allow up to 1 week for processing.
  3. Order confirmation and tracking information for the item being sent to you in exchange will be emailed.
  4. If your item is not received within 30 days from delivery date, it will no longer be eligible for exchange and a merchandise credit will be issued at the original selling price.

Damaged or Defective Items

We are happy to provide an exchange or refund if you've received a defective/damaged item within 5 days from the date of delivery. If you don’t contact us within 5 days from the delivery date, you will not be eligible for a refund or exchange as a result of a defective or damaged item.

If you believe you’ve received a defective item, please reach out to support@motheroxford.com with the following information:

  1. Your order number
  2. A picture of the defect/damage upon receipt (please include damage to external packaging where applicable)

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your item is received and inspected, you will receive an email to notify you of the refund. If your item is received within 30 days of delivery date, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment at the original selling price. If returned to us after 30 days, a merchandise credit will be issued at the original selling price. Only unworn, unwashed items in their original condition will be accepted for exchange or return/refund. If an item does not meet that criteria, it is not eligible for a refund and will not be returned to sender.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If, after a week of receiving notification that your refund was approved, you haven't received the refund yet, please check with your bank account or credit card company to ensure the delay is not on their part.

Price Adjustments

We're not able to adjust prices or offer a refund or credit for the difference in price.

Shipping & Fees

We offer free returns via flat rate USPS shipping and to the contiguous United States. You are welcome to ship your return with your preferred method at your expense. If you have opted to ship with a service outside ours, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Every purchase of Mother Oxford allows you to exchange the item once without a fee. Subsequent exchanges incur a $10 exchange fee to cover the shipping expense involved. As a reminder, an item must be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition to qualify. A $10 damage fee will be deducted from ALL refunds issued as a courtesy exception to our policy when an item is received with makeup or other matter transferred while trying on a garment.

We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged while in transit, or stolen or missing deliveries. We are unable to replace or refund items delivered to incorrect shipping addresses. If you have opted to ship with a service outside ours, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
